Candidates should hold a postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, IT, Risk Management, or related fields, complemented by certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) and Data Professional credentials.
With over 10 years of experience, applicants must demonstrate a thorough understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance.
