Momentum Wealth marks its 30th anniversary in September 2026, celebrating three decades of supporting financial advisers and clients on their investment journeys.

The business started in September 1996 as Momentum Administration Services. Since then, it has grown into one of South Africa’s largest linked investment service providers, with a long-standing focus on innovation, reliable administration and adviser partnerships.

Hymne Landman, CEO at Momentum Wealth, says the milestone provides an important moment to recognise the people and partnerships behind the business.

“We have always believed that investing is personal. Financial advisers play a central role in helping clients make decisions that support their goals, values and families. Our role is to support advisers with an investment platform, solutions and service experience that help them deliver better outcomes for clients, today and into the future.”

Momentum Wealth offers advisers access to a broad range of local and global investment and retirement solutions. These include unit trusts, model portfolios, exchange-traded funds, direct shares, personal share portfolios and specialised investment solutions. The platform also offers tax wrappers that help advisers structure portfolios around clients’ tax positions, life stages and financial goals.

The 30-year milestone focuses on three themes: celebrating our journey, celebrating our partnerships and investing in the future.

“This anniversary is not about looking back only. It is about recognising the relationships that shaped Momentum Wealth and the responsibility we carry into the future,” says Landman. “We will continue to invest in platform capability, digital experiences and adviser support while keeping the human relationship at the centre of investing.”

Momentum Wealth’s current focus includes enabling advisers through robust administration, personalisation, technology and insights that support long-term client outcomes.
