    Amsa’s CFO resigns after only 16 days

    Amsa’s CFO, Siphamandla Mthethwa, has resigned after just 16 days in the job.

    1. The company did not provide a reason for Mthethwa’s resignation.
    2. Chief Strategy Officer Gavin Griffiths will act as CFO until a new candidate is chosen.
    3. Amsa has been without a permanent CFO for 23 months.
    4. The company’s share price has declined by more than 30% over the past year.
