    Momentum investments welcomes a new chief investment officer

    Momentum Investments, a South African investment management company, has promoted Mike Adsetts to the role of Chief Investment Officer (CIO).

    1. Adsetts has been with the company for over 10 years and has previously worked at firms including Investec Asset Management and Morgan Stanley, he starts his new role from July 2023 onwards.
    2. As the new CIO, Adsetts will be responsible for managing Momentum’s investment teams and strategies, overseeing investment risk and governance, and ensuring that investment solutions meet the needs of clients.
    3. Adsetts’ promotion comes as Momentum Investments seeks to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
    4. Momentum Investments has a strong track record of delivering positive investment returns for its clients. The company is committed to responsible investing and promoting environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
    5. Adsetts’ extensive experience and expertise are expected to help Momentum Investments continue to grow and succeed in the competitive investment industry.
