    Safaricom in Kenya introduces “Grow with Safaricom Business,” an engagement platform to support Micro, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in scaling their businesses.

    1. The platform aims to facilitate information sharing and collaboration among MSMEs in Kenya, focusing on advancements in the digital economy.
    2. Workshops and seminars will be held throughout the year, allowing MSMEs to exchange ideas on leveraging digital technology for market expansion, streamlined operations, and online brand presence.
    3. Key areas of focus include cloud solutions, cyber security solutions, internet for business, internet of things, and M-Pesa for Business.
    4. Experts will provide guidance on regulatory compliance and long-term growth strategies.
    5. Safaricom recognizes the significant role MSMEs play in Kenya’s economic growth and aims to empower them with knowledge and skills for sustainable growth.
    6. The initiative aims to address challenges such as digitization, limited market access, regulatory barriers, brand building, and digital marketing skills.
