    Hyundai sends off first graduates of sales cadet programme to its dealerships

    Hyundai Automotive South Africa’s inaugural Sales Cadet Programme graduates 17 young individuals after an intensive 3-month training.

    1. The graduates, equipped with knowledge and skills, have taken up sales executive positions at Hyundai dealerships across the country.
    2. CEO Gideon Jansen van Rensburg shared the inspirational story of Colonel Harland Sanders, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and hard work.
    3. Instructor Tamika Mercedes, who overcame her own challenges, motivated the graduates to never give up, citing her journey to becoming a Hyundai trainer.
    4. Two special awards were presented: Brenda Ramotsemeng received the Highest Sales award, and Lindiwe Nkiti was recognized as the Team Player.
    5. The graduates received their certificates from the Hyundai Automotive South Africa executive team, marking the beginning of their automotive retail careers.
    6. The Sales Cadet Programme aims to develop a pipeline of talent and equip young individuals with the necessary skills to thrive in the industry.
