Financial and policy advisory company Intellidex has rebranded to a new name, Krutham, as part of its global expansion strategy.

    1. The company, founded in South Africa 15 years ago, will adopt the new name from August 15th.
    2. The rebranding reflects Krutham’s aim to broaden its reach and have a greater impact on shaping financial systems globally.
    3. The name change is seen as a symbol of the company’s next phase of development and its commitment to growth and innovation.
    4. The founder and chair, Stuart Theobald, stated that the name Intellidex limited the company’s presence in certain countries, and a new name was needed to resonate globally.
    5. Krutham’s expertise in financial industries, capital markets, and understanding of political and social impacts positions it uniquely to shape industries, drive progress, and contribute to a better future.
    6. The company serves a diverse range of clients, including global hedge funds and philanthropic organizations focused on community empowerment, enabling it to deliver sophisticated financial solutions while addressing the evolving needs of societies worldwide.
