    PepsiCo is on the lookout for a visionary Supply Chain Engineering Food and Beverages Execute Director to spearhead its long-term engineering strategy. This role involves managing a capital investment programme with an annual expenditure of around $850 million, which includes new factory developments, line expansions, and essential operational upgrades across various geographies.

    The successful candidate will lead a team of Centres of Excellence (CoEs) to advance the regional capital agenda, focusing on integrating food and beverage technologies in processing, packaging, and warehousing. The role spans approximately 116 facilities and will directly contribute to PepsiCo’s strategic priorities.

    Key Responsibilities

    In this position, you will oversee the entire project execution cycle, collaborating with design, project management, and operating units. Key responsibilities include establishing standards for OEM capital execution, managing installation programmes, and providing technical input for new investments.

    You will also lead contractor management within the EMEA region, develop deployment standards for new technology solutions, and support the tendering processes alongside the design team. Additionally, fostering cross-functional collaboration with various departments will be crucial to drive excellence in capital execution.

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, candidates should possess over 15 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain environments, with significant project management experience involving mid to large-scale investments. A thorough understanding of snacks and beverage processing technologies, along with a technical degree in engineering, is essential.

    Strong leadership skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders are also vital. Fluency in English and a strategic mindset for long-term planning will be important assets for this role.
