This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape risk management strategies and influence the future of banking at one of South Africa’s top financial institutions.

As part of the Personal Core Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies aligned with both segment and group objectives. You will also drive risk awareness campaigns, participate in industry forums, and lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and risk maturity.

This role offers opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and influence change within a flexible and supportive environment. You will have access to professional development resources, networking opportunities, and a focus on health and wellbeing.

You’ll be an ideal fit if you are:

    • A strategic thinker with big-picture vision
    • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Capable of developing innovative solutions and driving best practices

Join FNB and be part of a forward-thinking team committed to shaping the future of banking risk management. If you’re ready to make an impact at an industry-leading bank, apply now!
