    3. Jasmeena lives by her favorite quote from Ben Franci, “Be all in or get all out. There is no halfway,” which drives her commitment to her roles as a business owner, wife, and mother while maintaining balance.
    4. Jasmeena acknowledges the importance of a strong support system, including her partner and family, who help her manage the demands of her multifaceted life.
    5. She faced a steep learning curve when joining the family business in 2011, but her determination to succeed, mentorship from her father, and building relationships helped her overcome obstacles and grow in the industry.
    6. Jasmeena takes initiatives to support and uplift other women within her business and the industry through women empowerment programs and free workshops on tire-changing skills, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie. She encourages women to embrace their unique strengths, focus on goals, and persevere through challenges to shatter barriers and make their mark in the automotive industry.
