    Bloomberg LP names new CEO

    Bloomberg LP, the financial data and media company, will appoint Vlad Kliatchko, the current product head, as its new CEO. This information was shared in an internal memo by billionaire Michael Bloomberg to employees.

    1. Mark Carney, the former governor of the Bank of England, will be appointed as the chair of Bloomberg LP’s new board of directors.
    2. JP Zammitt will assume the role of president, and Patti Roskill will become the new CFO of Bloomberg LP.
    3. The company will establish a new board, with new members being appointed and existing members taking on emeritus roles.
    4. Michael Bloomberg clarified in the memo that he is not leaving the company and will continue to be involved. He emphasized that he has never used a title within the company and will continue to be referred to as “Mike.”
