    Delegates witnessed the signing of partnership agreements, paving the way for trade platforms with various countries, fostering economic collaboration and development.

    1. The conference brings together over 500 women-led Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) from 18 countries, emphasizing the importance of women’s participation in business and trade.
    2. The conference is seen as a significant milestone in the global struggle for women’s empowerment, with discussions focusing on access to funding, trade, investment, and the facilitation of exports among BRICS nations and Africa.
    3. Deliberations will be held on establishing a Women Advancement Fund, aimed at providing vital access to capital for women entrepreneurs, nurturing the growth of women-led businesses, and generating economic activity and job opportunities.
    4. The conference aims to foster collaboration among women-owned businesses and enterprises across BRICS and African nations, leveraging opportunities presented by the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) and promoting economic prospects for women.
