    Top-Performing Audi Dealers Recognized at 2025 Vorsprung Awards

    The awards celebrate the Audi Partners who continue to deliver against key performance indicators while upholding the Four Ring’s commitment to unmatched performance and dedication to driving excellence within the brand, progressive performance and premium customer engagement for the past year.

    The evening celebrated the best performing individuals and teams across nine categories, each representing an embodiment of Vorsprung durch Technik, Audi’s philosophy of advancement through technology and customer experience

    The winners received Audi Vorsprung Awards in different categories (Category 1 – large dealers and Category 2&3 – medium and small dealers).

    Top accolades were awarded to the overall best performing Dealer Group and Dealers:

    Dealer Group of the Year: Hatfield Motor Group

    Dealer of the Year (Category 1): Audi Centre Rivonia

    Dealer of the Year (Categories 2 & 3): Audi Centre Nelson Mandela Bay

    The best performing individuals in the Audi Network for the year 2025 were:

    New Vehicle Sales Managers of the Year:

    • Category 1: Julian Ware, Audi Centre Claremont
    • Category 2 & 3: Arina Rosenberg, Audi Centre Windhoek

    New Vehicle Sales Executives of the Year:

    • Category 1: Lindy Lentsoenyane, Audi Centre Rivonia
    • Category 2 & 3: Jacques Adriaanse, Audi Centre Somerset West

    RS Model Expert of the Year: 

    Belinda Oosthuizen, Audi Centre Sandton

    Pre-owned Sales Managers of the Year:

    • Category 1: Dorietha Gouws, Audi Centre Wonderboom
    • Category 2 & 3: Thando Fani, Audi Centre Nelson Mandela Bay

    Pre-owned Sales Executives of the Year:

    • Category 1: Chandre Sharp, Audi Centre Claremont
    • Category 2 & 3: Michelle Lloyd-Austin, Audi Centre Nelson Mandela Bay

    Service Managers of the Year:

    • Category 1: Philp Nel, Audi Centre Brammfontein
    • Category 2 & 3: Convin Maasdorp, Audi Centre Windhoek

    Parts Manager of the Year: 

    Darryll Robertson, Audi Centre Century City

    F&I Managers of the Year:

    • Category 1: Dominique de Ridder, Audi Centre West Rand  
    • Category 2: Mongezi Mata, Audi Centre Nelson Mandela Bay
    • Category 3: Eulene de Beer, Audi Centre George

    Driving performance into the year ahead
