Nissan has received the iF Design Award for the Nissan Patrol and Armada. The awarding is based on a comprehensive evaluation that includes five areas of consideration: idea, form, function, differentiation, and sustainability.

Established in 1954, the iF Design Award is sponsored by the iF International Forum Design GmbH (iF International Forum Design Inc.) in Hannover, Germany. Recognized as one of the world’s most prestigious design awards, this year 129 design experts of 21 nationalities judged more than 10,000 works – including products and projects – from 68 countries.

The new Patrol and Armada marks the seventh generation of Nissan’s flagship SUV, carrying over 75 years of legacy, excellence, and trust. It blends cutting-edge technology with Japanese heritage—defined by precision, quality, and attention to detail. Signature design cues, such as the “Double-C” lighting motifs mirrored in the front headlamps and taillamps, side vents on front fenders, reflect this craftsmanship. The exterior exudes rugged capability with an “UNBREAKABLE” presence and “BOLD DIGNITY,” while the intuitive cockpit and spacious eight-seat interior form a fortress of comfort for every journey across the world.
