    FNB, the innovative banking leader known for its #changeables culture, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Future Risk Head to join its team. This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape risk management strategies and influence the future of banking at one of South Africa’s top financial institutions.

    As part of the Personal Core Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies aligned with both segment and group objectives. Your leadership will ensure effective risk mitigation, compliance, and governance across the bank’s operations, fostering a risk-aware culture.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience in non-financial risk management, along with strong management skills and strategic thinking abilities. A relevant Honours degree (NQF Level 8) is required, and experience in risk frameworks, policies, and legislative compliance is essential.

    Your key responsibilities include managing risk across multiple disciplines, overseeing risk reporting, and ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. You will also drive risk awareness campaigns, participate in industry forums, and lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and risk maturity.
