    Why Sanral’s CFO is departing after 21 years

    Inge Mulder, Sanral’s CFO, will officially leave the company on July 31.

    1. She has been on temporary leave since November 2023, pending internal processes.
    2. Mulder mutually agreed with Sanral to terminate her contract after 21 years with the company.
    3. Sanral thanked Mulder for her service and wished her well in her future endeavors.
    4. Dumisani Maluleke, deputy CFO since 2014, was appointed acting CFO during Mulder’s absence.
    5. Maluleke will continue as acting CFO until a permanent replacement is appointed.
    6. The process to appoint a new CFO will commence shortly, and noteholders and investors will be informed accordingly.
