Huawei has entered the commercialization phase of 5.5G, aiming to unlock the potential of networks and create new growth opportunities.

    1. 5G technology gained 1.5 billion users worldwide within five years, compared to nine years for 4G.
    2. The intelligent era, starting in 2025, is expected to achieve the same economic growth that took the industrial era 100 years in just five years.
    3. 5.5G offers transformative capabilities such as deterministic latency, precise positioning, and passive Internet of Things, opening new opportunities for carriers in the business-to-business market.
    4. Huawei Wireless Solution president Cao Ming highlighted that 5.5G provides 10 times enhanced capabilities, including 10 Gb/s downlink, 1 Gb/s uplink, and enables 100 billion connections.
    5. Commercialization of 5.5G is accelerating globally, with the Middle East leading the way, followed by benchmarks in Europe, Asia, Latin America, and China.
    6. Carriers are advised to focus on high-quality networks, multi-dimensional monetization, emerging services, and generative AI to leverage the potential of 5.5G and new applications.
