    Mr Price’s CFO, Mark Stirton, has resigned from his position on mutually accepted terms.

    1. Stirton will remain with the company until March 2024 to ensure a comprehensive handover.
    2. The company did not provide any reasons for Stirton’s sudden departure.
    3. Mr Price has appointed a new CFO, who will start on Tuesday 1 August 2023
    4. Stirton had been with Mr Price for nine years and had played a key role in the company’s growth.
    5. Mr Price is a South African clothing and homeware retailer.
    6. The company has previously reported strong financial results, with revenue and profit growth in recent years.
