    Max Magor Ndiaye appointed as Director of the Syndication, Co-financing, and Client Solutions Department at the African Development Bank.

    1. Ndiaye brings over 20 years of international public and private sector experience in structured finance, risk management, and capital markets.
    2. Previously served as Acting Director of the Syndication, Co-financing, and Client Solutions Department while simultaneously managing the Co-financing & Syndication Division.
    3. Led loan syndication and co-financing of numerous projects, developed innovative financial products, and implemented balance sheet optimization strategies.
    4. Successfully structured a $2 billion balance sheet optimization transaction with the UK government and private insurers, expanding the Bank’s lending capacity in climate and green growth.
    5. Led the syndication of projects exceeding $2.5 billion in value and negotiated an $8 billion co-financing partnership with Japan over the past 5 years.
    6. Played a key role in designing a $1 billion synthetic securitization transaction, attracting institutional investors to Africa and setting new standards in multilateral development banking.
    7. President Adesina expresses confidence in Ndiaye’s solutions-oriented approach and capacity to deliver, highlighting his role in catalyzing financing and ongoing reforms in the international financial architecture.
