The Gautrain Management Agency (GMA) has proudly announced its thirteenth consecutive clean audit for the 2024/25 financial year. This accomplishment underscores the agency’s consistent and disciplined approach to financial management, as noted by GMA chairperson Professor Mfanelo Ntsobi.

According to Ntsobi, this achievement reflects the GMA’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and the responsible management of public resources, which are fundamental to its operations.

In addition to financial success, the GMA reported strong operational performance, achieving a remarkable train service availability of 99.51% and punctuality of 97.57% during the 2024/25 reporting period. These figures highlight the agency’s dedication to providing reliable and efficient service to its passengers.

The GMA also secured ISO certification for its Integrated Management System, now fully certified in Quality Management (ISO 9001), Environmental Management (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001). These certifications reflect the agency’s commitment to continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and world-class operational performance.

Ntsobi emphasized that the GMA remains dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of governance and service delivery while fostering public confidence in the management of Gautrain as a strategic asset.
