    2. Amco provides logistics services to over 250 UK and European customers from 11 hubs across the UK and Europe.
    3. The deal will complement Super Group’s supply chain offering and provide opportunities for market share gains in the UK and Europe.
    4. Amco generated £9.2 million in EBITDA, £8.36 million in profit before tax, and £6.65 million in profit for the last 12 months.
    5. Existing Amco management will retain the remaining 21.18% stake to ensure stability and continuity.
    6. For the first half of 2022, Super Group’s European operations were impacted by the semiconductor shortage and war in Ukraine.
    7. Last year, Super Group acquired LeasePlan Australia and New Zealand for R4.41 billion, expanding its fleet management presence in the region.
