South African circular economy startups are encouraged to apply for the Nedbank ReNEW accelerator programme, which offers participants access to business support and funding of up to ZAR 1 million (approximately US$58,000).

Managed by Impact Amplifier and funded by the Nedbank Foundation, the Nedbank ReNEW programme aims to foster waste-related circular economy innovations that generate meaningful jobs and economic opportunities for young South Africans.

In alignment with the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation’s Circular Economy Strategy, and in partnership with Circular South Africa, the programme provides selected ventures with comprehensive acceleration services alongside the financial support.

Applications for the programme are open until October 9. Interested startups can apply here.
