- In South Africa, she was the head of CRM Strategy at Ogilvy SA and a founding partner of Black & White, a marketing strategy consultancy within the M&C Saatchi Group. In 2022, she was appointed to the M&C Saatchi group exco as the chief data and intelligence officer.
- As the new group head of brand and marketing at Standard Bank, Springer will be responsible for the strategic positioning of the Standard Bank brand and the execution of the brand and marketing operating model. Her wealth of expertise is expected to support the Group as it navigates and evolves in a complex operating environment.
