Mercedes-Benz South Africa has introduced a new comprehensive service and maintenance plan, PremiumDrive Exclusive Care, offering extended coverage of up to 7 years or 140,000 kilometres. The new plan, now available across the country, reinforces the brand’s commitment to long-term customer support, peace of mind, and an elevated ownership experience.
The PremiumDrive Exclusive Care plan ensures continued service excellence by covering scheduled maintenance and essential repairs conducted exclusively by certified Mercedes-Benz technicians using genuine parts. The plan introduces enhanced convenience features including Roadside Assistance, Mobility Services, and Stand By Me Services – a safety offering that provides on-site security support while customers wait for roadside assistance in potentially unsafe environments.
Additionally, the plan includes a complimentary tyre and rim cover, further expanding the scope of vehicle protection provided under the offering.
“This new service and maintenance contract represents a significant enhancement to our customer offering,” said Claudius Steinhoff, Executive Director: MBC & Co-CEO, Mercedes-Benz South Africa. “It enables us to deliver a more comprehensive and customer-centric solution, underpinned by reliability, trust, and innovation.”
Alongside the launch of PremiumDrive Exclusive Care, Mercedes-Benz South Africa has also refined its existing 5-year offering with the introduction of PremiumDrive Comfort Care – a revised version of the widely adopted Service and Maintenance plan.
“We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the ownership journey,” said Alexandra Boavida, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “This new 7-year plan redefines how we think about automotive care, aligning with our mission to create meaningful ‘Mercedes Moments’.”
The launch is complemented by limited-time offers across the Mercedes-Benz model range, including competitive pricing and flexible finance options for the A-Class, CLA, GLA, C-Class, GLC, and GLE models.
